Personal data policy

This policy is published under article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and describes the personal data GlukhovSystems LLC processes in connection with this site and correspondence with the company.

What the site does not collect

The site has no forms, cookies, analytics or third-party scripts; fonts and images load from our own server, which runs in Yandex Cloud in Russia. No visit log is kept: an IP address is used only to deliver the page. The server's error log, which may contain an IP address, is used only to fix faults and is overwritten automatically.

Correspondence

When you write to us, we process your email address, your name and whatever else you include in the message (for example your position, company, phone number or a description of the task). Data subjects: people who write to the company, including representatives of clients and partners.

  • Purposes: to answer your message and to discuss, conclude and perform a contract.
  • Legal grounds: concluding a contract at the data subject's request and performing it (152-FZ art. 6 part 1 item 5); the company's legitimate interest in answering a message (item 7).
  • Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
  • Retention: correspondence that did not lead to a contract is deleted no later than three years after the last message. If a contract is concluded, the data are kept while it is in force and then for the periods the law sets for keeping documents.

Where the data are stored

Mail to glukhovsystems.ru addresses is stored in Yandex 360 for Business, whose data are held in Yandex data centres in Russia.

This English site is meant for correspondents outside Russia. Mail to glukhovsystems.com addresses is processed by Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA) on servers outside Russia, which is a cross-border transfer under article 12 of 152-FZ. If you are in Russia, please write to hello@glukhovsystems.ru.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and disclose it to no one except the mail and hosting providers named above and where the law requires it.

Protection

Only the employees who need it for their work can access the mail and the server, each through a personal account; connections to the site and to mail are encrypted (TLS).

Your rights

You may ask what data about you we process and how, have the data corrected, blocked or deleted if they are incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the stated purpose, and complain about us to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send a request to hello@glukhovsystems.ru or by post to the address above; we answer within 10 working days (extendable by at most 5 working days, with the reason stated).
