Fond Pobeda — Contract Service

Two mirror adaptive landing pages developed for the Pobeda Foundation (Interregional Foundation of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast for Victory in the Great Patriotic War and Support of Citizens), aimed at attracting candidates for military contract service. The sites are deployed on two domains — служба-по-контракту-сво-минобороны.рф and сво-служба-по-контракту.рф — differing in hero background imagery and minor color accents.

Anti-Bot Protection

A multi-layered anti-bot system combining Yandex SmartCaptcha with a custom behavioral protection layer. The custom system analyzes interaction patterns — timing, mouse movement, and form fill behavior — to filter out automated submissions before they reach the CRM, reducing spam leads to near zero.

Bitrix24 CRM Integration

All form submissions (name, phone, date of birth, citizenship) are automatically pushed to Bitrix24 as leads with full field mapping. The integration handles validation, error recovery, and duplicate detection to ensure every legitimate application reaches the recruitment team.

Max Messenger Integration

A floating messenger widget provides instant communication with candidates. Integrated with the Max messenger platform, it enables real-time conversations and follow-ups directly from the landing page.

Telephony

Callback functionality and call tracking integrated into the site. The phone number is prominently displayed with click-to-call support across all devices.

Landing Page Structure

The pages follow a conversion-optimized structure: hero with rotating background images and key value propositions (payment amounts, benefits), navigation buttons, detailed payment breakdowns by rank and position, federal and regional benefits, step-by-step enlistment guide, required positions with hover-reveal descriptions, application form with phone auto-formatting, FAQ accordion, and footer.
